Client Portal Terms

The client portal lets a CA firm that uses BolHisab share requests, tasks, messages and reports with you and collect your documents. You are invited by the firm, and these terms apply together with the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Your professional engagement is with the CA firm, not with BolHisab. The firm decides what it requests and shares and how it uses your documents; BolHisab provides the software and processes the data on the firm's behalf.

• Upload documents and information that are accurate and that you are entitled to share.
• Do not upload malicious files or other people's data without a lawful basis.
• Keep your sign-in details confidential.

Only the firm's authorised members can see what you upload. The firm may revoke your portal access, and you may ask the firm or us to close your portal account. Uploaded documents remain in the firm's vault as part of its records, subject to the Privacy Policy. Questions: [email protected].
