Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Plans

  • Free plan: no charge. Usage limits apply.
  • Trial: new businesses may receive a free trial of a paid plan (currently 14 days). No payment details are needed and nothing is charged when the trial ends; the business moves to the Free plan unless you choose to pay.
  • Paid plans: paid in advance for a month or a year through Razorpay at the price shown at checkout.

2. Renewal — no automatic charges

Payments are one-off for each period; BolHisab does not currently auto-debit your card or UPI. To continue a paid plan, pay again before the period ends — a new payment extends the current period. If a period ends without payment, paid limits continue for a short grace period and the business then moves to Free plan limits. Your data is not deleted when a plan ends.

3. Cancellation

You can cancel renewal from Settings → Plan & billing. The paid plan stays active until the end of the period already paid for. A free trial does not need to be cancelled.

4. Refunds

Refund requests are reviewed individually. To request one, write to [LEGAL CONTACT EMAIL] with your business name and the Razorpay payment reference.

  • Duplicate or erroneous payments: if you were charged twice for the same period or charged an incorrect amount, tell us and we will review it; confirmed duplicate charges are refunded.
  • Failed payments: if money left your account but the payment shows as failed, it is usually reversed by your bank or Razorpay. If not, contact us with the reference.
  • Approved refunds are made to the original payment method through Razorpay. The time for the money to reach you depends on your bank or payment provider.
  • Partial-period refunds and proration are not provided unless required by law or agreed in writing.

5. Termination

If we terminate your account for a serious breach of the Terms or Acceptable Use Policy, fees already paid are generally not refunded, except where required by law. If we discontinue the Service, we will refund the unused portion of any prepaid period.

6. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other applicable law. Complaints can also be raised through Grievance Redressal.
